Teaching Methods Used by the Teacher
The teacher employs a variety of teaching methods that combine both teacher-centered and student-centered approaches. These include direct instruction, collaborative learning, and experiential learning. At the beginning of the lesson, the teacher serves as the primary source of information, introducing and explaining key concepts. Afterward, students are engaged in individual or group tasks to reinforce understanding. The teacher also integrates performance-based activities, enabling students to learn through hands-on application and real-life experiences.

Teaching and Learning Materials and Innovation used in the Classroom
In teaching Physical Education (PE), teachers at SMAN 4 Kendari do not heavily rely on textbooks as their primary teaching resource. Instead, they often utilize the internet to search for relevant content and learning materials. However, based on my observation, teachers mostly depend on their own knowledge, experiences, and practical skills in delivering lessons, allowing them to adapt instruction according to the needs of the students.

Rather than following a highly structured or fixed curriculum guide for content delivery, teachers are usually provided with a general topic—such as basketball—and are given the flexibility to decide what specific concepts, skills, or activities will be taught in class. This approach allows teachers to design lessons based on practical application and student engagement, making PE sessions more dynamic and experience-based.

Learning Resources and Technology used by the Teacher
The school library is accessible to both students and teachers, providing a range of books and digital devices that support learning. During classroom discussions, smart televisions are primarily used for presentations, as each classroom is equipped with one to facilitate instruction and multimedia learning.
