Time management became one of the major challenges I encountered in both lesson preparation and classroom implementation, especially since I tend to cram tasks at times. Balancing academic responsibilities with social opportunities also added to this challenge, as our schedule became tight due to numerous invitations from Indonesian friends and even teachers to spend time together, play sports, explore places, and strengthen our bond through shared experiences.

In terms of classroom implementation, managing the duration and flow of activities in my lessons was particularly challenging. One of my recurring difficulties was properly allocating class time for each activity I had prepared. Since I was given 135 minutes of instruction, I often assumed that I still had plenty of time and tried to maximize every moment of the class. However, I sometimes underestimated how long certain activities would take, which resulted in lessons extending beyond the allotted time just to complete all planned objectives. This experience made me realize the importance of realistic pacing, flexibility, and effective time allocation in delivering instruction.
